Fancy a bagel but want to hit your protein goals? 💪🏼


Here's our go-to recipe from our friends at Happy Way!





  • Sesame seeds or Everything bagel seasoning ⁠
  • 1 egg whisked ⁠



  1. Combine the greek yoghurt, protein and flour and mix. ⁠
  2. Move your dough to a lightly floured bench top and knead well until a dough ball forms.⁠
  3. Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and push a hole through the middle. ⁠
  4. Brush your bagels with some egg wash and add your toppings of choice. ⁠
  5. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 185 degrees for 10 minutes (you can adjust the time depending how well you’d like them cooked)


Serve with your fave bagel fillings and enjoy!
