INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup light Greek yoghurt ā
- Ā¼ cupĀ Happy WayĀ Flavourless protein powder ā
- 1 cup self raising flour + extra for kneadingā

TOPPINGS INGREDIENTSĀ
- Sesame seeds or Everything bagel seasoning ā
- 1 egg whisked ā

METHOD
- Combine the greek yoghurt, protein and flour and mix. ā
- Move your dough to a lightly floured bench top and knead well until a dough ball forms.ā
- Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and push a hole through the middle. ā
- Brush your bagels with some egg wash and add your toppings of choice. ā
- Bake in the oven or air fryer at 185 degrees for 10 minutes (you can adjust the time depending how well youād like them cooked)
