With only 5 ingredients, this is an easy choc fix and always one to impress even if on a budget!

Here’s what you need,
400G Coconut Cream, Chilled
1/2 Cup Coco Powder
2 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
6 Strawberries, diced, to serve
Shaved dark chocolate, to serve (optional)
Set 4 small glasses or ramekins to the side for serving. If you have forgotten to pre- refrigerate your coconut cream tin, place it in the freezer for 10 minutes (don’t forget as it cuts chilling time at the end so you can enjoy sooner).
Place the chilled coconut cream in the stand of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (you can also use a hand held whisk). Whisk on medium/high until light and aerated. Add the Coco powder, Icing sugar, sea salt and whisk on low until incorporated.
Pour into the glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Sprinkle with strawberries and shaved chocolate.
